Xi Dian University
Xi Dian University is located in Xian City, Shaanxi Province. Xian City has more than 3,100 years of history,
and was known as Chang an literally “Perpetual Peace” before the Ming Dynasty.
The University is a key national university under the Ministry of Education of China. It has been approved by the state to be one of the universities funded by “Project 211” and it is one of the 55 universities having a Graduate School, one of the 35 universities having a national demonstration School of Software and one of the 15 universities having an IC Talents Training Center. It is an essential base of IT talents training and high level scientific research innovation.

Xi’an Petroleum University
Xi’an Petroleum University (XSYU) is located in Xi’an, a historic city (world-famous for the Terracotta Army) in the heart of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China. Its main campus is situated in the Electronic Industry Park of Xi’an National Hi-Tech Development Zone and its new campus lies in Huxian County, about 12 miles from the city center of Xi’an.
Founded in 1951, XSYU has developed into Northwest China’s only institution of higher learning oriented to petroleum and petro-chemical engineering. Currently, XSYU has more than 15,000 on-campus undergraduates and postgraduates, over 10,000 continuing education students, and hundreds of international students. Since its founding, XSYU has turned out more than 70,000 students.
XSYU is active in international collaboration. It has established cooperative relations with 23 universities , research institutes in the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, and other countries. In particular, under the Agreement for the “1＋2＋1 Sino-US Talent Education Program”, it has been training undergraduate and postgraduate students in collaboration with 10 US universities.
